We are pleased to announce the opportunity to support the Florida Black Maternal Health Initiative’s 2nd Annual celebration of Black Maternal Health Week of Tampa Bay!

NOTE: If interested in providing a donation ONLY but not planning to formally sponsor or table, all donations are welcome, please use this link to donate directly to the Black Maternal Health Week of Tampa Bay Fund at the University of South Florida Foundation, Incorporated. 

The deadline for sponsorship & collaboration applications is March 10, 2025 to ensure adequate time & capacity to provide all the incentives associated with each level listed below. All collaboration and sponsorship opportunities are offered only on a first-come, first-served basis. Educational collaborators are those NOT planning to sell merchandise. We encourage interested organizations submit early applications.

 After providing the information for your organization requested below, Dr. Ronee Wilson, the Director of the Community Hub at University of South Florida's College of Public Health, will send a confirmation via email. The confirmation email will include a direct link to donate to the Black Maternal Health Week Fund (#540049). Contributions to the Black Maternal Health Week Fund are collected through the University of South Florida Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation and registered 501(C)(3).
